Summer Camp Program
December into Early January Tours:
-one or three week duration
-Students experience the Holidays in Los Angeles and Orange County. It magical spending Christmas at Disneyland or Universal Studios.
-Winter activities and classes are specially aimed toward the Holiday season! Additionally, students get to share the Holidays with an American host family.
- Tour neighborhoods decorated with Christmas lights and decorations on every house to the smalled detail.
March to April
-one to three week period
-students spend their Spring break in refresing Southern California where it’s sunny and warm.
-The beach sand is warming up, theme parks are open longer, the air is very refresing!
June to August
-two to four week period
-This is the height of tourist season! Los Angeles/Orange County is full of exciting activities during this time.
-World renowned Huntington Beach Surf open! It’s a surfer’s fantasy, and the heart of American’s beach lifestyle. The Balboa Fun Zone is SoCals nostalgic small creation mirroring Coney Island!
-Sun bathers from all over make their way to OC beaches to bask in the warm sun!
-Many beaches show movies at night, where families can bring food and drinks while enjoying an family friendly film
-All Theme Parks are open late! Summer is the time to spend a long day and evening at parks during the warm summer days and nights.
-Free concert and festival season in neighborhood parks! Music and festivities is all around during the afternoons and evenings throughout the Southland. Best part is students don't have to pay to attend!
International students will experience the best of what Los Angles and Orange County have to offer their visitors.
Theme parks: Disneyland, Knott's Berry
Farm, Six Flags, Universal Studio
and Sea world.
Shopping: Fashion Island, Irvine Spectrum, South Coast Plaza, Beverly Hills, Ontario Mills outlet shopping, downtown Huntington Beach, and more...
Museums: Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, Griffith Observatory, Getty Center, Los Angeles County Museum of Art
Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County, Los Angeles Science Center, and more...
University Tour: Tour through an American University such as University of California, Irvine or University of California, Los Angeles;
FOA provides All airport pickup and drop-off from LAX to our study center location.
A bus will be provided to transport groups to scheduled activities and to/from our study center.
Host families will provide transportation to and from the student center.
Small groups or individual students may use public transportation, but their host families are required to teach their students how to use public transportation prior to beginning class.
